At Patriot Calling Apparel, each shirt is printed for your order. Please review the product description, color, and size guide before checkout.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@patriotcallingapparel.com or through our Contact page. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description, and clear photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund for confirmed errors.

Size changes and change of mind

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind, because our products are made to order. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation, return, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Missing orders and address issues

If your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, contact us promptly. Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Reshipping costs may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address or is unclaimed; we will explain any charge before arranging reshipment.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. If we confirm cancellation before production, we will refund the canceled items and any shipping charges attributable to them.

Return instructions and refunds

Contact us before mailing any item back. Many quality claims can be resolved with photos. If a return is required for a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We will confirm the amount and when the refund is processed; your payment provider may need additional time to post it. For a fully refunded order due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, the refund includes original shipping charges. Partial-order refunds include any applicable shipping adjustment.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law provides a longer claim period or a different remedy, that law applies.
