About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of patriotcallingapparel.com and purchases from Patriot Calling Apparel ("we," "us," or "our"). Our store is hosted by Shopify, and our apparel is produced and fulfilled through Printful. Patriot Calling Apparel is your contact for orders, product questions, and customer service.

Please read these terms before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, malicious software, or interference with its operation.

Products and made-to-order production

Our shirts are printed after an order is placed. Review the size guide, color, design, quantity, and delivery address before checkout. Product images are illustrations of the finished item; screen settings and printing processes can cause minor color or placement differences. This does not excuse defects or items materially different from their description. Availability may vary by size and color.

Prices and payment

The currency and prices shown at checkout apply to your order. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are displayed before you submit payment. Free-shipping offers apply only where their stated conditions are met and do not include express service unless expressly stated. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases.

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a price or listing contains a material error, or an order raises a reasonable fraud concern. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order and cancel it, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion, including applicable shipping charges.

Order changes and delivery

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Delivery estimates include production and carrier transit time where stated; they are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us if delivery is delayed or an order is missing so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items and how refunds are handled. We do not offer voluntary returns for size or color choices or change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We use the contact details you provide to communicate about your order and support requests. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Store content and third-party services

Artwork, logos, photographs, and text on this store belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a shirt does not grant rights to reproduce or commercially distribute its artwork. You may use the store for ordinary personal shopping and share links to its pages. Third-party websites linked from the store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Problems, applicable law, and consumer rights

If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, remedies for defective goods, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You retain any mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to your purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
